1. Have you checked the bottom of your box. Please remove everything from your box. The Certificate is normally placed in a brown paper bag to help protect your certificate. This bag is typically placed on the very bottom of your box when it is shipped.

2. Did you also order a Frame with your package? If so, please take the time to unwrap your frame and check the backing for the brown bag containing the certificate.

If you still can not find your certificate(s), or your certificate(s) are damaged or incorrrect, please fill out the fields below.
