Order Policy


Order Policy

All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Orders containing a P.O. Box will be shipped via Priority Mail, and may experience delays. If ordering a Diploma Frame, a physical address is required. (A Physical Address is preferred for insurance of your package.)

Shipping Procedures

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 4-10 business days (Please exclude weekends and holidays). There is no guaranteed delivery date for Standard shipping. Rush orders are guaranteed to be delivered in the allotted time, according to the Rush option chosen. Rush orders must be paid for and complete to insure delivery date.

Non-Payment Policy

All orders that are delinquent for 30 days - Signature Announcements, Inc will take further action, as well as turning over all unpaid balances to the three major credit bureaus and/or the State Attorney for further review. Additional fees will be assessed, including non-sufficient funds, and late fees. For all non-sufficient funds/bad checks/invalid account information, Signature Announcements, Inc will charge a service fee of $25.00, if the face value does not exceed $50.00; $30.00, if the face value exceeds $50.00 but does not exceed $300.00; $40.00, if the face value exceeds $300.00, or 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Diploma Frames Return Policy:

  • Defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded 100%.
  • Diploma Frames and other non-personalized items can be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded 100% if unsatisfactory for any reason.
  • Customer Service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
    • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will then be emailed to you.
    • Complete the RMA and return the merchandise to Signature Announcements within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued.
  • No refunds after 30 days of receiving package.
  • No refund of shipping cost if Customer Service is not notified within 10 days of delivery date.
  • Refunds will be subject to the cost of the complimentary rush that was given as part of the diploma frame special.

Personalized Graduation Announcements Merchandise:

  • Personalized merchandise, if not defective or incorrect, cannot be refunded.
  • Personalized merchandise, if customer made an error, can be replaced for a nominal reprint fee.
  • Customer Service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
    • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will then be emailed to you.
    • Complete the RMA and return the merchandise to Signature Announcements within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued.
  • No refunds after 30 days of receiving package.

Licensing & Royalties

Signature Announcements pays royalties on all announcements and products bearing your school logos that are licensed by your school, if your school has a licensing program. Signature Announcements works with many licensing organization and universities directly to ensure that all products bearing your school logos are licensed and approved by your school. Signature Announcements has attempted to contact each university we sell items bearing school logos to find out if they have a licensing program. If you find that any of our products are not licensed properly, please let us know so we can address it immediately.
