Shipping time normally takes approximately 2-3 weeks with our standard delivery method; however, there is no guaranteed delivery date. Most of our customers elect to choose a 10 business day rush or higher. This way they know they have a guaranteed delivery date, and it is guaranteed on or before that day.

All of our rush orders are delivered via FedEx, which is an extra bonus! Once the package ships the customer is sent an email with their tracking information, and they will be able to track their package from our facility, right to their door! We know how stressful it can be during this important time, and by placing a rush on your order, it will ease your mind to know that you will receive your order quickly and in time to send them out to your colleagues and friends extra early! If you are unsure, one of our professional customer care representatives will advise you of the proper rush to place on your order, according to your graduation date.

Standard Shipping = $8.99 - Orders typically arrive in 2 1/2 to 3 Weeks - Orders are delivered using FedEx SmartPost (Picked up by FedEx and dropped off at your local Post Office for delivery to your location) or USPS.

RUSH options available below! All rush orders are delivered by FedEx (Federal Express). All Rush service fees below include the regular shipping cost of $8.99.

How it all works...

All STANDARD orders are normally shipped on or before the tenth business day from the date you placed your order, or paid for your order. You must then allow an additional 2-6 business days for travel time. All orders placed after "2:00 p.m." must add one day to the processing time. There is no guaranteed delivery date. If you need to make a change to a Standard order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

All RUSH orders are printed anytime after 2 hours of placing the order, or paying for the order. If you need to make a change to a RUSH order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing the order either by E-mail or Phone. We do have 24 hour voicemail service if calling after hours. RUSH orders are guaranteed on or before the Guaranteed Business Day chosen. All orders placed after "2:00 p.m." must add one day to the processing time.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx does not deliver on Mondays except to Business addresses. FedEx delivers on Saturday except to Business addresses.
