Envelopes (It is Socially Correct to use an Inner and Outer Envelope)

If you are ordering a package that includes Foil-Lined envelopes, or you are upgrading or ordering extra, we will automatically match the color of foil to your University!

Value Packages come with Inner Mailing envelopes.  For etiquette purposes, you may purchase Outer envelopes separately.

Deluxe packages come with both Inner and Outer Standard Envelopes.

Professional Packages come with both Inner and Outer Foil-lined Envelopes. 

5 Additional Announcements come with Inner Mailing envelopes only. This pertains to any Additional Announcements ordered outside of a package. For etiquette purposes, you may purchase Outer envelopes separately.

• The outer envelope, slightly larger, is the mailing envelope. It should be hand-addressed as legibly as you can using black or blue ink. Avoid using abbreviations in the mailing address:

• Return Address Labels help make the outer envelope appear to be printed, they also save you the time of having to hand address all of the envelopes.

• The inner envelope, slightly smaller, holds the announcement. Address it informally:
