How do I Personalize my Announcements

Graduate's Name

Graduates can customize their name exactly as they want! Our Customer Service staff of Professionals can even assist you if you have special accents that need to be placed on key letters of your name (e.g. Reneé). You can even place two names on one announcement for a nominal fee! Important: If you are not the Graduate, please make sure proper spelling and capitalization is used in entering the student's information (Example Below). Remember, you are customizing your announcements to read exactly as you want.

Special College Information

Student's have the option to proudly display their College Department (e.g. College of Business, College of Agriculture)! We have several college departments located in our Special College Information drop-down menu during your online order. If you are unable to locate your College Department on our drop-down menu, you are able to enter and customize your own with our "Type your own" option!

Your Degree

A Degree entry is required in order to complete your Graduation Announcement order. We have several Degrees to choose from on our Degree drop-down menu during your online order. If you are unable to locate your Degree on our drop-down menu, you are able to enter and customize your own!

Do you have more than one degree? Please review some of the examples we have for Double Degrees, Two Degrees, Two Majors, and even Three Degrees!

Double Degree: Two of the same type of degrees followed by both majors that belong to each of the degrees. Should read as follows:

Bachelor of Science Degrees in

Computer Science and Animal Science

Two Degrees: Two different degrees. Normally, you would place the shorter degree on the degree line and add "and a", followed by the longer degree on the major line. In some instances, due to character limits, you may need to abbreviate your degree(s)

with a

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a

Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Business

Three Degrees: In this case, you may either abbreviate the degree(s), or utilize the honors line for your third degree.

with a

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science

a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a

Masters of Business Administration Degree in Business

Double Major: In this case, you would place the degree on the degree line, and add both majors on the major line.

Your Major

We have several Majors to choose from on our online order form! Since there is such a wide range of Majors, we give you the option to customize your own.

Honors/Minors/Specializations

Student's have the option to proudly display their Honors, Minors, or Specializations on their Graduation Announcement! We have a drop-down with Honors information, however, if you do not see your choice on our drop-down, you can customize your own. If you have both honors and minors, please review an example (below) of how to place this on the announcement.

Example: Cum Laude, and a Minor in Business -OR- Cum Laude, with Minors in Business & Psychology

Graduation Date

You can select your Graduation date from our drop-down calendar!

Commencement Time & Location:

Most student's prefer to display their Commencement Time and Location on their Announcement. However, there are a few who will not be attending the Commencement, or have limited seating at the Commencement, and choose to leave this selection blank. If you are unable to locate your Commencement location on our drop-down menu, you are able to enter and customize your own! Please confirm your Commencement Time and Location with your school.

Special Messages

To make your Once-in-a-Lifetime experience memorable, you have the option to personalize your announcement with a special message! Choose one from our many quotes and messages from our Special Message library, or customize your own message! Not available on the Economy Announcement Style. Character limits apply (Platinum Style allows 70 characters per line, including spaces, and up to 6 lines maximum - Elegant Style allows 40 characters per line, including spaces, and up to 8 lines maximum).

Special Graphics

We give students the option to choose from many Field of Study or Miscellaneous graphics to make your announcement stand out from the rest! Not available on the Economy Announcement Style. (Special graphics for the Platinum style will be located on the inside top panel, and on the inside left panel of the Elegant style).

Personal Note Inserts (Personal Note Cards)

Many students celebrate their achievement and these linen notes can be printed to announce graduation celebrations, pinning ceremonies, or Bible Quotes. They can also be ordered Blank to write your own message. Each Personal Note Insert is printed with your University seal or Logo (in black ink)! For those ordering the Economy announcement style, you may use a Personal Note Insert to display one of our messages from our Special Message Library.

Return Address Labels

You are able to personalize Return Address Labels with the address of your choice. Return Address Labels can also be upgraded and Monogrammed (always available) with up to 4 characters. Most universities allow a school-approved logo (available at most universities) to be printed on the Return Address Labels.

• Standard Return address labels are included in all Deluxe packages and can be upgraded!
• Order Return address labels with any Value package, and you will have the option to upgrade!
• Upgraded Return Address Labels are FREE with any Professional Package! 

Job Fair Cards

Collegiate Job Fair Cards are now available! These are a must have for every college student! Job Fair Cards can be professionally Monogrammed (always available) with up to 4 characters, or depict a school-approved logo (available at most universities). These cards can even include the student's website address so that Job Recruiters can review their accomplishments! These cards are the perfect networking tool!

Gold Envelope Seals (coming soon)

You are able to upgrade Gold Envelope Seals with either your School-approved Logo (available at most Univerisities), or have them Professionally personalized with your Monogram (up to 4 characters)!
